📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Sunapq ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use it anytime to check real-time delivery updates.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We support secure and widely used payment options in Poland, including:

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@sunapq.com or call +49 171 4920 653 with your order number.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@sunapq.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

🧴 Are your bathroom organizers easy to install?
Yes. Most of our bathroom organizers are designed for easy installation and everyday use. Some may require simple mounting, while others are ready to use right out of the box.

🧼 How do I clean and maintain the organizers?
Our organizers are made from durable, easy-to-clean materials. In most cases, a simple wipe with a damp cloth is enough. Specific care instructions can be found on each product page.
